Comment

In this essay the analysis of Capulet’s attitude to young people is supported by embedded quotations and some good detailed analysis of language. The candidate has ended the essay by commenting on the significance of his attitude to the play as a whole. There is also some awareness of the context in which Shakespeare was writing. The essay is well structured and accurately written.

  • Provide more references to Shakespeare as a writer and his language and effects.
